This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.8.2023 in Crl.OP.No.18790 of 2023, in para no.7(b), the petitioner shall report before concerned court on all working days at 10.00 am., until furthers and on the date of hearings without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in week at 10.30 am., and also on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances till the completion of the trial.
