[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.12.2023 in W.P.No.33978 of 2023.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, based on the written instructions from the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District, would submit that subject encroachment has already been removed.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
