This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8411 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1560 of 2023 by order dated 21.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police two months once on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
