The petitioner/A1 herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.14 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 34D, 354A(1)(i), 506(1) IPC r/w 11(1), 11(4), 12 of POCSO Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. He is innocent. Thus, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that the petitioner had followed the defacto complainant, who had completed her 12th standard and forced her to get into relationship with him. It is also stated that he had dragged her and abused her in filthy language. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

4. Taking into consideration the seriousness of the offences, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
