This petition has been filed to modify the condition 8 imposed upon the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6408 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner herein had directed him to furnish two sureties out of which one surety shall be the brother of the petitioner. He further submitted that now the brother of the petitioner is refusing to stand as surety to the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is unable to get out on bail, despite the order being granted to him on 12.04.2023. He also submitted that in alternate, the wife of the petitioner is ready to stand as surety to him and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition 8 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.6408 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 in respect of furnishing surety alone modified to the effect that "Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties (out of which, one surety shall be the wife of the petitioner)...." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
