B.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time relating to the order dated 12.09.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.13008/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.904 of 2019.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order, the court had directed to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the date expired on 16.10.2019 and that the petitioner is unable to deposit the huge amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. Thereby, he would seek extension of time to deposit the said amount.
Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended till 31.10.2019, finally.
