This petition is filed to condone the delay of 331 days in filing the above revision.
2.The learned counsel for petitioner produced the copy of Aadhar Card and Community certificate of the petitioner facilitating the first respondent to apply for community certificate for her minor daughter. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had deposited Rs.1,50,000/- to credit of M.C.No.8 of 2021 vide receipt No.0943199 dated 26.02.2024. He further submitted that he filed a petition before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, which is still kept pending.
4.The learned counsel for petitioner has got not objection for the respondents to receive the money. In view of the above, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet is directed to order payment of Rs.1,50,000/- deposited in the credit of M.C.No.8 of 2021 without notice to the petitioner without delay. rsi 5.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that to show his further bonafide, she is ready to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- before the trial Court or bring a Demand Draft in favour of the first respondent, which can be credited in M.C.No.8 of 2021.
6.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
