Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

2. In view of the order passed above, the CMP is deemed to have been presented by the legal heirs of the deceased Kathirvel only on the date of presentation of the petition to amend the cause title. Consequently, the petitioners are required to file a petition to condone the delay in filing the revision.
