This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.348 of 2024 dated 18.05.2024 to some other agency and investigate the matter in accordance with law and to file a final report. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the 2nd respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report on 01.10.2024 through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the investigation is not properly conducted, but the respondent police has filed final report after filing the petition for transfer. 4.

Considering the fact that the final report been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner herein to seek any remedy, if necessary, for further investigation before the Judicial Magistrate after placing the records which are available and form part of the final report.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
