The present application has been filed by the applicant to pass an order under Section 29-A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 extending the time by a period of six months.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.

3. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of three (3) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of three (3) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
