ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Court, Ranipet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.27 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this court.

2. The respondents herein has filed a suit for declaration that the sale deed dated 01.06.2016 and release deed dated 08.08.2017 were null and void and for consequential injunction.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petition, this court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondents.

4. The perusal of the E-court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the pleadings in the suit was completed in the year November 2020 and issues were framed on 10.12.2020. Thereafter, the suit has been adjourned from time to time from 17.02.2021 without any substantial progress.

5. In view of the same, this court is inclined to issue a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit within a period nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
