This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 42 and 43 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 37th respondent, namely Gopi and array them as respondents 47 and 48 in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title.
