ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose the Representation dated 24.11.2024 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent in accordance with law
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner son who was suffering from a fever, was taken to a private hospital named Arokia Annai Hospital in Urapakkam around 10.00 AM on 27.12.2023. The attending doctor, examined Dhanasekar and administered an injection in his hip. Following the same, the injection site was swollen and he struggled to breathe on the next day. On 29.12.2023, the petitioner's son died. The medical opinion suggests that the negligence in administering and managing the injection caused his death by the SRM Hospital. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint before the Guduvanchery Police Station against the private hospital named Arokia Annai Hospital and no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner made a repre to the respondents requesting to respondents to take action against the Arokia Annai
Hospital. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard bothsides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. 17-09-2025 rli
