Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per order, dated 12.09.2019, the court had directed to the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and the date expired on 16.10.2019 and that the petitioner is unable to deposit the huge amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. Thereby, he would seek extension of time to deposit the said amount.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended till 31.10.2019, finally.
