ORDER

This is an application to restore the Second Appeal which had been dismissed for default on 28.04.2022. I have gone through the affidavit and I am satisfied that the reason for non-appearance. It was on account of the sudden death of Mr.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel who was then appearing for the appellant.

2.Heard Mr.S.Regu, learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection for this application being allowed. CMP.No.20739 of 2025 stands ordered.

3.Second Appeal stands restored.

4.Registry is directed to delete the names of Mr.R.Balasubramanian, Mr.S.Ramachandran and Ms.B.N.Sivagamisundari and print the name of Mr.K.B.Udhayan, learned counsel for the appellant.

5.Post the appeal on 23.10.2025.
