ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the order dated 07.02.2017, passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode, in I.A.No.181 of 2015 in O.S.No.182 of 2015, thereby dismissing

the petition filed by the petitioner for attachment before judgment. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit itself disposed of on 20.07.2020 and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
