ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 3 rd respondent to measure, demarcate and to fix the boundaries with respect to the property of the petitioner more fully described in the sale deed dated 11.09.2008.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raj, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representations dated 30.04.2025, 05.05.2025 and 19.05.2025 before the respondents 1 & 2, requesting to re-survey the petitioner's property since there was an error in the earlier survey report, the same has not been rd considered by the respondents 1 to 4, so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the 3 respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representations and conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 30.04.2025, 05.05.2025 and 19.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of within six weeks.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3 rd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 30.04.2025, 05.05.2025 and 19.05.2025 and complete the survey and demarcate the boundaries after issuing due notice to the concerned parties, if any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction, the 3 rd respondent shall complete the process with the aid of the Police. Such exercise shall be done by the 3 rd respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
