ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General, by placing reliance on the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur, dated 18.08.2023, submitted that the Revenue Officials have been called upon not to proceed any further on the issue, which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.10129 of 2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid development, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 21.02.2025 hvk To Mr.S.Ashokan, The District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur District.
