This matter is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 17.11.2023, it has been wrongly mentioned as 'Gratuity amount', instead of "arrears of salary" and similarly, in the very same paragraph, in the place of 'date of reinstatement', it should be typed as "order of reinstatement". Thus, the orders needs suitable modification.

3. On a perusal of Paragraph No.4 of the order, it is seen that two inadvertent mistakes had crept in as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court directs the Registry to alter the words with "arrears of salary" in lieu of "Gratuity amount" as also "order of reinstatement" instead of 'date of reinstatement' and to issue a fresh copy of the order forthwith.

Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 17.11.2023 stands unaltered.
