ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 06.05.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking re-conveyance of the property in light of G.O.Ms. No. 10 Housing and Urban Development (LA-2 (2)) Department, dated 23.01.2025.

2. Heard Ms.R.Poornima, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, the learned Government Advocate for the 1 st respondent and Mr.Ravidranath Jayapal for the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd and rd respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner in light of G.O.Ms. No. 10 Housing and Urban Development (LA-2 (2)) Department, dated 23.01.2025 and convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
