This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction against the respondents to withdraw the Lookout Circular No.2016414401 issued against Prabhu @ Prabhu N, S/o. Nataraj (Passport No.Z2210344), in relation to Cr. No.10 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this case has been settled out of the Court between the parties. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
