ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.C.No. 21 of 2016, dated 13.07.2017, Family Court, Thiruvallur District, in ordering interim maintenance.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was some matrimonial dispute arose between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner/wife therein has filed M.C.No.21 of 2016 before the Family Court, Thiruvallur District, and the case was pending. On 13.07.2017, after perusing the records, the Trial Court has passed an interim order stating that the respondent/husband therein was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000/- to the petitioner/wife as interim measure till the disposal of the maintenance case. The learned counsel further submitted that now, the Court below has passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final order in M.C.No.21 of 2016, dated 06.03.2019. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
