The petitioners were arrested on 11.07.2025 for the offence under Sections 8 (C), 20 (b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Cr.No.161 of 2025. 1/5
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 1.600 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and had been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners had been in judicial custody from 11.07.2025. Hence, prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4.The bail petition is opposed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police on the ground that the investigation has not been completed and so far as the A2/second petitioner is concerned, he has three previous cases of similar nature and if he is released on bail, there may be recurrence of the crime.
5.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6.Recording the objection of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
