ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.01.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of BNS, in Crime No.581 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, the petitioner had moved a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17185 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 16.06.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 45 previous cases against him. There is no change in circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition. Though the petitioner prayed for some more time for further arguments, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
