and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1912 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, namely, S.Rajeshwari, in A.S.No.432 of 1999; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above appeal. 2.Since these petitions would save the appeal from being dismissed as abated, the respondents may not have any objection. Further, this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Therefore, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
