This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16103 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation for a period of three weeks and thereafter, once in month at 10.30 a.m., as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
