For Petitioner :Mr.K.K.Ramesh For Respondents :Mr U. Baranidharan Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to dispose of petitioners representation dated 26.09.2022.
2. The case of the petitioners are that the petitioners purchased the subject property and made an application for obtaining patta. However till date the said application was kept in abeyance. Hence the petitioners gave a representation on 26.09.2022 to the second respondent. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2022 and pass orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioners this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 26.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, these writ petition are disposed of. No costs.
