Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 97 days in representing the Criminal Revision case sought to file under section 397 and 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the Judgment passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore in C.A.No.105 of 2018 dated 15.03.2019 confirming the judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Coimbatore in C.C.No.121 of 2017 dated 16.08.2017. Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and in the presence of Mr.Viswanathan S.B., Advocate for the petitioner herein and this court made the following order:- The counsel for the petitioner states that he is withdrawing the entire proceedings.
