This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to alter the F.I.R. in Crime No.826 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Polur and it is pending in C.C.No.3 of 2018.
