] The PW.1, PW.2 and PW.3 are eye witnesses. Their depositions are corroboratory and the above witnesses have narrated the scene of occurrence in a cogent manner.

2. Thus, we do not find any reason to consider the petition seeking suspension of sentence. The other grounds raised, which all are arguable, are to be considered during the course of hearing of the Criminal Appeal.

3. Thus, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
