2. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent, despite notice being served on the respondent privately and the name being printed in the Cause List today.

3. This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by six months.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application stands allowed.

5. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to complete the arbitration proceedings and to pass an Award is extended by six months from today i.e., from 09.11.2023.
