[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The Sub Application has been filed to reopen the Cont.P.No.53 of 2022, which was closed by an order dated 05.09.2023.

When this matter was taken up for hearing on 13.08.2024, none appeared for the respondents. Therefore, this Court directed the registry to print the names of Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Counsel for R2 and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for R1 and R3.

When the mater is taken up for further hearing today, i.e. on 21.08.2024, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that notice has already been served and the name of the learned Special Government Pleader is also printed in the cause list. In spite of that none appeared for the respondents.
