This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4368 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4585 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances and to co-operate with the trial.
