This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20900 of 2024 order dated 29.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to illness, he was unable to comply the conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
