The prayer in the Writ Petition, is for issuance of a Writ, in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 25.11.2003.

When the Writ Petition is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the application submitted by the petitioner has already been disposed of, by the respondent on 30.01.2004, and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for any adjudication.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
