ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the criminal complaint in Crime No22/2019 dated 14.10.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent lodged by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the 1st respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'Further action dropped' .
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
