This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks granted to the petitioners on 20.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25856 of 2022 to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 16.12.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
