ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor handed over all the documents to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, except the motor vehicle inspection report.

3. This document will be handed over only along with final report to be filed before the Court below.

4. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court and there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
