ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 15.06.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13230 of 2022.
2. This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that despite the Order of this Court, final report has not been filed. This Court has originally directed the respondent to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the Order.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the accused are from other States, such as Jarkhand and other areas and the accused have forged the bank guarantee. He further submitted that only 6 accused have been arrested and still two accused are yet to be arrested and they are taking earnest steps to file the final report.

4. Taking note of the gravity of the offence and the fact that the accused are spread across the country, the respondent police shall expedite the investigation and file final report expeditiously.
5. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. 19.12.2022 vrc 3/4
