The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.541 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Section 380 IPC. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the defacto complainant is a security officer in Spark Minda Company Pvt. It is stated that 30 kgs of lead worth about Rs.50,000/- was missing and later it was found that petitioner who is the driver of the lorry transported the stolen goods. None of the accused had been arrested.

Crl.O.P.No.23964 of 2023 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
