.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for their wilful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the orders of this Court dated 13.12.2019 made in W.P.No.25866 of 2019 and close the breach thereof.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the third respondent dated 01.02.2023. On going through the same, it is seen that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had joined in the year 2007 and whereas, approval has been granted only from the year 2011. Hence, the learned counsel sought for the liberty of this Court to question the approval insofar as not granting it from the year 2007 onwards. Such liberty is granted.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. This Court directs the respondents to follow up and pay the benefits to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 03.02.2023 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No ssr/ssm
