Respondents in both O.S.As Common Prayer:- Original Side Appeal filed under Order XXXVI Rule 1/11 of Original Side Rules against the common Fair order and decreetal order of the learned Judge, Mr.Justice P.Kalaiyarasan in O.A.No.151 of 2007 and application No.989 of 2017 in C.S.No.106 of 2017 and dated 09.03.2017 in dismissing the application for an injunction and a pro-order respectively. Mr.S.Raghunathan COMMON JUDGMENT [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The plaintiff is the Appellant in these Appeals. The present Appeals are preferred against the rejection of prayers for interim orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant/plaintiff on instructions would submit that compromise was entered into between the parties in the main suit itself. In pursuant to the compromise, decree also came to be passed on 12.09.2017 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Raghunathan, learned counsel for the eighth respondent. Though the names of all the served respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their side.

4. In the result, these Original Side Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
