Mr.S.Raghunathan COMMON JUDGMENT [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The plaintiff is the Appellant in these Appeals. The present Appeals are preferred against the rejection of prayers for interim orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant/plaintiff on instructions would submit that compromise was entered into between the parties in the main suit itself. In pursuant to the compromise, decree also came to be passed on 12.09.2017 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Raghunathan, learned counsel for the eighth respondent. Though the names of all the served respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their side.

4. In the result, these Original Side Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
