The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the fourth respondent's impugned proceedings pursuant to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.Aa.2/960/2016 dated 16.11.2016 and subsequent notice in Na.Ka.Aa.7/31768/2017 dated 09.04.2017 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2016 and 22.04.2017 and confirm the patta in favour of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one Kaliappan made complaint before the District Revenue Officer as if the assignees who were assigned the Government poromboke land in S.No.138 in Alathur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District violated the conditions and also filed W.P.No.13106 of 2016 before the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court seeking direction to the respondents therein to cancel the pattas issued in favour of the assignees and pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court made in the said writ petition, the impugned notice came to be issued.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass final orders by considering the petitioner's representation/ explanation dated 25.11.2016 and 22.04.2017 and after providing opportunity to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned 3/6
counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass final orders by considering the petitioner's representation/ explanation dated 25.11.2016 and 22.04.2017 and after providing opportunity to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already concluded. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
