ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 19.08.2025 directed the learned Principal Sub-Court, Tiruchengode to dispose of OP No. 221 of 2023 on or before 31.01.2026. Since the said case could not be disposed of within the time

stipulated by this court, the court below by letter dated 03.03.2026 sought for extension of time. Hence, the matter is listed before this court today.

2. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode submitted that there is pendency of evidence on the side of respondent and further arguments in both sides. Therefore, the court below was unable to dispose the petition within the time fixed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant further time of six months to dispose the case.

3. Considering the request of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, this court is inclined to extend the time for the period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the order of this court. However, time granted by this court will not be extended further. 24-04-2026 RPP To The Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode.
