The plaintiff has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. The revision petitioner has filed a suit before the Principal District Court, Chengalpet seeking for the relief to permit the petitioner to institute the suit as an indigent person. Though the suit had been filed through E-filing portal on 29.02.2024, the Registry of District Court, Chengalpet returned the case papers, pointing out certain defects and it was re-presented. The Registry again returned the case papers on 27.11.2024 and the defects were complied and re-presented by the revision petitioner. Once again new defects were pointed out by Registry and it was complied and re-presented. The revision petitioner re-presented the case papers on 02.08.2025, however, the petition had been once again returned on 05.08.2025 again pointing out new defects.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Court directs the learned Principal District Court, Chengalpet to number the application, if otherwise in order and dispose of the same in a manner known to law as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
