ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a report before the jurisdictional Court with regard to the actions taken in the petitioner complaint dated 09.07.2017 in compliance to the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in Crl.O.P.15017 of 2017 and to report the same to this Court pending disposal of this petition which in event failing to do so to punish the respondent for his misconduct towards the procedure laid in the code 2.

The petitioner filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15017 of 2017 for direction to direct the respondent to register his complaint dated 09.07.2017. This Court by an order dated 28.07.2017 directed the respondent to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered forthwith. Even thereafter, the respondent failed to conduct any enquiry. Therefore, the present petition has been filed to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2017. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15017 of 2017, the respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint dated 09.07.2017

and the same was closed on 25.10.2017 itself. 4.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
