The counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submits that the respondents R1 to R5 and R7 have executed release deed in favour of the sixth respondent and only the sixth respondent is contesting respondent and he has no objection for the delay being condoned.

2. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.V.Prakash Babu as counsel for the sixth respondent, at the time of listing the matter for admission.
