Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondentin this proceeding in R.O.C. 2793 of 2015 dated 14.09.2015 and of the 3rd respondent's proceedings dated 22.07.2017 in DCLD No.1252 in so far as relating to petitioner in B.C.I.Tr. Case No. 152 of 2016 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent without jurisdiction.

In the review petition filed by the petitioner, an order dated 08.12.2018 has been passed by the Bar Council of India dismissing the review petition. The learned counsel for Bar Council of India would submit that the copy of the said order along with covering letter dated 15th July, 2019 has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the order passed by the Bar Council of India, it is open to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal before the Honourable Supreme Court as per the BCI Rules.
