PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 27.06.2019 immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

The petitioner herein has filed a present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to take further action on his complaint dated 27.06.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that though the petitioner was summoned for the enquiry based on his complaint on 27.06.2019, he has not co-operated and therefore, the petitioner's complaint has been kept pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would instruct the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry by appearing before the second respondent.

4.In the light of the above statement made by the learned counsel for both sides, the petitioner herein is directed to personally appear before the second respondent on 01.11.2019 at 10.30 a.m., for enquiry in connection with the complaint dated 27.06.2019. On such appearance, the second respondent herein thereafter, shall proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
