ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to investigate the complaint in FIR No.578 of 2023 pending before the third respondent and file a charge sheet against the accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that since the cheated money involved in this case is more than rupees one crore, the case has been transfered to Central Crime Branch, Tambaram.

3. In view of the above, the Central Crime Branch, Tambaram is directed to conduct the investigation and file charge sheet within a reasonable time.
